Sylvania 7 Mini Tablet for 75 dollars

Believe it or not, CVS is now selling this 7 inch Android tablet, Sylvania 7″ Mini Tablet for just 75 dollars. While at most places, it is available online for 100 dollars, but CVS is selling it for the lowest price I can ever imagine – for 75 dollars. Yes, it is not a mirage. The tablet comes with a 7-inch display (duh), WVGA resolution (800 x 480), 2GB flash storage, 256MB RAM, HDMI output and a battery with a capacity of 1400mAh.

Before you get your hopes too high, the processor (1 GHz ARM11 processor) is not good for anything that requires a lot of horsepower. For example, if you are planning to play bleeding edge games or run CPU intensive apps, refrain from buying it. However, if you have been waiting for super cheap that tablet that does  a decent job of browsing the web, play youtube video or such, there is no harm in getting one. [cvs product page]
