This is firmware for the MX10 Pro Android TV that comes with Allwinner H6 chipset that is home to ARM Cortex A53 quad core processors and Mali 720mp2 GPU that is capable of processing video in 4k resolution. This is latest Android 9 operating system for the MX10 Pro.
Download the firmware from here (direct link) and unrar it. Make sure not to download AddOn while installing / downloading the MX10 Pro firmware.
To install this firmware, you will to install Allwinner phoenix card app for PC. You would also require a USB flash drive. Make sure to backup all of its data as we will be formatting USB flash drive.
Now, fire up the Allwinner Phoenix card app. Select USB drive’s drive letter > select IMG file using IMG file button > select Startup in white mode selection > Click on Burn and accept.
Your computer will now starting writing the firmware onto the USB flash drive. Once you have done that, unplug it and plug it into the MX10 Pro android TV. Make sure it is turned off while you do that.
Now, hold onto the Flash mode button and connect the power cable. Wait for the update to pop up on the screen. This update process can between 4-12 minutes. Be patient and let it do its job.
