HTC has reported positive financial performance for Q4 2014 earning 47.9 billion Won (1.33 billion euros) with net profit amounting to 0.5 billion Won (13.88 million euros). While it seems small compared to what other companies have earning, keep in mind that HTC showed a loss in 2013.
How was the year 2014 as total for HTC? The company showed a loss of 36 million euros in 2013 but for year the company earned a profit of 41.37 million euros thanks to strong Christmas sales.
So will the Taiwanese company show similar growth in first quarter of 2015? Well we sure wish though as Samsung and Apple needs more competitors. Financial and tech analysts are waiting to see new offerings from HTC at mobile world congress 2015 event.
