There is a new firmware available for the Geniatech ATV 582 / 1800E / 380 TV box that brings a heap of new features like Mygica store, better video codecs, support for DTS support and better wireless LAN performance.
This method will also do a factory reset on Geniatech ATV 582 / 1800E / 380
To flash, download the firmware from here and copy the IMG file to SD card. Then run the update app on your computer, select Local Update and use the file downloaded earlier. The process will automatically update the Geniatech ATV 582 / 1800E / 380 television box. Here is the changelog of this firmware.
