We have received android TV firmware for the MX9 RK3299 SoC android television. This firmware is based on android 4.4.4 operating system and can be used to factory reset your android TV and delete everything on it.
* We can download this update from here
* Copy the decompressed file in the root of a microSD card and connect the TV-Box while it is off.
* Hold down the recovery button and connect to the mains of the TV-Box.
* an android icon will appear and the MX9 will start updating. You can now release the recovery button and wait until the upgrade is complete.
