Press reset button on your Sunvell T9 android TV box and while keeping it pressed, connect it to the computer. The green button should lit up. Select the restore option and start the update process.

Then download and install Rockchip tool on your PC. Make sure you are running Windows 7, 8 or 10 on your computer. Also, you’ll need a micro SD card and reader. Format the micro SD in FAT 32.
