In this we will guide you how to factory reset or hard reset M-195 Android TV-Box. The M-195 is powered by dual core ARM Cortex A7 processor that features Mali 400 GPU backed by 1GB RAM, 8GB flash storage, wireless LAN and Bluetooth 4.0.

To properly factory reset, flash the latest firmware. You can get it from here.
1. Download the firmware and copy the file with extension “img” to a USB memory stick.
2. With the TV-Box off, connect the USB memory stick and while keeping the reset button pressed, turn on the TV-Box.
3. The display will show update information.
It will take about three minutes to complete the update. The TV-Box will automatically reboot while the process completed.
